The Brand

Building a recognizable identity system for a growing local mothers’ community.

As the group expanded, the visual identity needed to evolve into something more recognizable, scalable, and cohesive across both digital and real-world experiences.

This project focused on creating a flexible identity system that could support community initiatives, branded experiences, merchandise, and future growth while maintaining a warm and approachable presence.


Visual Identity

A flexible visual system designed for both digital engagement and real-world community presence.

The visual direction balanced warmth, community, and visibility through bold typography, approachable script elements, and lifestyle-focused applications designed to feel modern, welcoming, and highly recognizable.

The branding system was created to function across social media, apparel, event graphics, signage, community initiatives, and future digital expansion


The Move Initiative

Developing a wellness-focused extension of the McDonough Moms brand through movement and community engagement.

As wellness and accountability became recurring themes within the community, the MOVE Walking Group was introduced as a branded extension of the larger McDonough Moms identity.

The initiative required its own visual language while still maintaining alignment with the parent brand system. This included branded apparel, event signage, promotional graphics, and recurring social media assets designed specifically for the walking group experience.

Brand In Use

From social promotion to in-person events, the identity was designed to scale across community touchpoints.

The identity system was applied across social graphics, event materials, branded apparel, and community initiatives to create a recognizable and cohesive experience both online and in person.
